WHAT IS THE RESIDENT PORTAL?
The Resident Portal is a convenient online tool designed to streamline your living experience at Pointe North Apartments in Bethlehem. Through the portal, you can:

- Pay rent and utilities securely online
- Submit maintenance requests with ease
HOW MUCH IS THE RENT?
To view current rental rates for our one- and two-bedroom apartments, please check our availability and floor plans.
Pricing may vary based on floor level and apartment location. Rates and promotions are subject to change without notice.
WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The security deposit is typically one month’s rent for qualified applicants. There is a $50 application fee per applicant.
ARE POINTE NORTH APARTMENTS IN BETHLEHEM PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, we welcome both cats and dogs at Pointe North Apartments. With convenient access to nearby parks like Sand Island Park and Monocacy Park, you’ll find plenty of spaces to enjoy the outdoors with your dog. Our pet-friendly community is also located near Christmas City Veterinary Hospital and Wright Veterinary Medical Center for added convenience.
- Cat Fee: $200 one-time fee, $30 monthly
- Dog Fee: $350 one-time fee, $40 monthly
- A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment, and certain dog breed restrictions apply.
All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This process ensures that all pet-related policies are communicated and understood by both pet owners and non-pet owners.
